I’ve especially loved the creek that we walk our dog around behind the complex that always has ducks and geese swimming in it. And on top of that, our management has been spectacular to work with and are super supportive! By far the best place we’ve lived in!"

The love, care and pride Lisa & Sol take in managing this property is shown through and through with every interaction and honestly they’ve made an apartment feel like a home for us. I would also like to note that any small maintenance request or need we had was immediately addressed and resolved. The customer service element here shines every time I interact with ANY of the staff and that’s not wavered. Coming from a background in Real Estate and Design the curation of Novel is impeccable. The furniture, art and even linens provided in the common spaces are high end and all for resident use - we used the pizza oven and didn’t have to bring down a single thing (outside of the pizza lol) because there’s a full kitchen in the open concept “living” space. There’s not one thing this property didn’t think of when it comes to amenities and residents safety and security. Honestly I can go on and on about why I’m overjoyed about choosing Novel because it truly is a phenomenal place to be."

White Fence Farm incorporated some of the beautiful elements from the original farm with a modern twist. Step into the yoga studio for relaxation or spend an evening with the family in the game room. Such a lovely property!"
