"Resident experience refers to the overall experience that a resident has while living in a particular place, such as an apartment complex, dormitory, or community. It encompasses everything from the quality of the living space to the interactions with property management and neighbors. Resident experience can be shaped by factors such as amenities, maintenance services, community events, and the sense of community within the living environment. Improving resident experience is important for property managers and owners as it can lead to higher retention rates, positive reviews, and word-of-mouth referrals. It is crucial to listen to residents' feedback and address any concerns promptly to create a positive and enjoyable living environment for everyone. If you have any specific questions or need assistance related to resident experience, feel free to ask!"

"When you move out there is all sorts of charges for things unrealistic and against your lease and the law. Grey Star has a class action suit for their predatory practice against tenants. Do not move here. Read the reviews. Cheap tiny apartments. Look elsewhere for larger size, more desirable area and value for your money. I've never experienced living in an apartment as negative as Oak Street station apartments!!! I have moved and couldn't be happier. Night and day experience as it was prior to this place!! Besides how rude unpleasant and unprofessional the management is the apartment is located less than two miles from a half way home for sexual felons. It is an unsafe area. It's known to be one of the most unsafe high crime areas in the area. Cars broken into. Anything stolen you can imagine and if you plan to walk around the area it's not suggested. There is nothing near there desirable for a reason except low run down motels. High transiant area. By far the worst living and moving out experience I've ever had and many many others agree with me. Tons of fees and costs and charges they lie about when you move in."

"Newer apartment complex. Boyfriend lives here and leaving a review for him. 1. Packages and deliveries commonly did not make it. They have a nice locker system but for some reason ups and other carriers have a hard time getting in or something? 2. For the love of god, when are you going to fix the building b door to W 14th place? It’s been a month of it being broken and he pays way too much for a studio to be walking that far to get to his apartment. 3. Slept over once and maintenance just let themselves in while I was there alone sleeping for my night shift. No notification, not to mention I was not dressed appropriately. Not very comforting waking up to a stranger man in your space. 4. Saw 4 cars get hit that were parked on the side of the road on 14th place. Not sure why they built the parking situation to only accommodate 25% of residents. Have to pay a significant amount for an additional parking spot. 5. Frequent maintenance visits for an apartment complex. He just doesn’t appreciate people in his space. Overall it is nice… but that’s mainly because it’s a newer building. I would say the housekeeping does pretty good about keeping up with hallway maintenance. Would not say it’s overall worth the price. Edit: whether there is a knock or not, there should still be a notice says prior. Thanks."

"This is my fourth year living here and I've had a blast. The view around the pool area is amazing. Lots of fun and a variety of games available. Having a secured apartment complex gives you a better feeling of safety. The working staff is very friendly and will help you whenever you need them. I would recommend this place to everyone."

"Oak Street Station Apartments are a great place to live. The location is close to the downtown, the mountains. There are good schools in the area. We enjoy having a gym and a pool. The staff is very professional. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings"
