"Nice apartment complex with ample parking and great amenities! Monthly fees are reasonable and are actually used to maintain and upgrade the property. I have to knock a star for the mailboxes being broken into. To Silver Reefs credit, they were quickly fixed, but I think a camera system is an essential investment that got overlooked even after an incident."

"Daniel the manager of the property is amazing! Worked with me to get approved and ever since I have been staying here all of my needs are taken care of. Any maintenance issues get fixed the same day. Also kid friendly my child loves going in the office for a treat. Very clean complex no dog poop or trash in the summer and fall the grass is green and I feel safe and can call this place a HOME"

"I lived here for 4 years and hated it most of the time. The complex was NEVER taken care of. In the 4 years I lived there the hallway was cleaned 2 times. Just bird poop everywhere! The parking is horrible. They allow the homeless to live there. My car was broken into several times. My mail box was broken into. The pool is so gross. The office staff was horrible to deal with and truly could care less to help you in any way. Overall I would live in my car before coming back here."
