"Caleb from the maintenance team came by to fix a few things in our apartment today that we had requested and he also even noticed a few other small repairs on our fridge that he went ahead and took care of while he was here. Also made sure to make my dog feel comfortable before coming in and even said bye to him when leaving. Caleb was so great today and it was really appreciated."

"Called and scheduled a viewing. Unfortunately, I didn’t take a tour as the apartment I wanted was already leased to someone prior to my appointment. They did mention these go fast but overall an ok experience. I just would have appreciated better communication. Someone could have called to let me know so I didn’t waste my time."

"Jack was great, very thorough and me to do the job right! First maintenance person I’ve dealt with in a long time that actually seem to care. I have lived in these apartments for over three years and have called maintenance every single year I have lived here due to how freezing or how hot my apartment gets. They replaced my AC, but did not seal up around it when installed and left a gaping hole that has been there since the first year I moved in. All of the caulking in the window was deteriorated and Was letting air and light pass through it. Every year it seem to get worse and then this year with the freeze you could literally almost see your breath in my daughters room. During the summers, my apartment has always reached 80° or higher with the AC on, hopefully this year, it will be cool. I gave up complaining on the AC forever ago because every person that came Never had a solution. Thankfully, all that is fixed now, And hopefully temperature control will stop ruling my life in my apartment."

"Chris was super responsive! I just moved in on Saturday and my heater broke because of the cold front that came in. I called maintenance right away and Chris’ turnover was so fast!! He brought me a space heater in the meantime and fixed the heater the next morning. Amazin!!"

"Current weekend's weather is in the negatives. In fact I received an email from Property Management about it and how to keep my space warm during this frigid time. I noticed that my thermostat on my heater was not displaying anything. I called the leasing office and they promptly put in a work order for me. Within the hour building maintenance came in and fixed the issue. Very happy with the communication process and the work order fulfillment time. Thanks Waterfront."
