"The apartment does NOT feel safe. Gunshots were fired in the apartment next to mine and the complex did absolutely nothing following the issue. I was harassed in the parking lot and did not feel safe walking to and from my car at night. The floors creak a lot and the walls are thin so you will hear everything around you. Lastly, when you leave they will take your security deposit no matter how clean your apartment is."
"Not the best place to live if you don’t have a car because the buses don’t run on weekends so it’s not a pedestrian friendly area. My window never properly got fixed and if it was too windy it’d get knocked off the track and has literally flown across the room. They constantly change prices and harass you about payments. There was also times when my books for school were claimed to be delivered and when I looked in the front office they very rudely told me to call the post office to find it. It’s okay for a first apartment but that’s it."
"So far I've had a very pleasant experience at Bear Valley. The staff has been more than helpful anytime I've interacted with them. The place had been redone inside prior to my move-in, so it feels clean and comfortable. The maintenance staff seems to be on top of things around here. The grounds have been quiet, the other renters respectful, and the atmosphere beautiful. There are alot of absolutely stunning trees on this property! I really liked how when they had to cut down one of the trees they planted another one in it's place. The dog part has been wonderful for my doggy to off-leash for a little bit. All in all, really positive. Thank you, staff! I appreciate you!"
