"Tim and Augustine were awesome. I had an emergency issue with my toilet. They had to completely replace the toilet. Within five minutes of my submitting a request for assistance they came and had the entire toilet replaced within roughly an hour of my call. It was at the end of the day and I'm sure they had to stay late but appreciate they took care of it rather than leave it until the morning."

"I worked at this property for a week (I am a technician for a different company) and was heavily assisted by the maintenance team. Tim, Scott, and Augustín were great. They helped me do my job efficiently, and the guys had great relationships with the tenants. Thanks guys"

"So far we actually have had a great experience, the maintenance team has asked us several times if they needed to improve anything and they have done everything to fix things that needed to be fixed within the townhome. Yes they are older in terms of being built and things are going to break here and there but nothing that was horrific and so far they took care of everything for us. The office lady at first was really rude for our keys but everyone else has been super nice maybe just a bad day? Anyways I would recommend the townhomes I think the price is very reasonable."

"I’ve lived here several months and it’s been fantastic, especially for a rental. Here are a few of the pros and cons that I’ve experienced. Pros: The maintenance team! They’re all great and unusually respond to requests on the same day or the day after. Tim responded to my most recent request, he was kind and promptly addressed the problem. They’re also out there working hard after snowstorms! The location is wonderful. It’s right on bear creek trail and it’s a quiet area that feels very safe. The amenities are also good. There’s multiple pools, a hot tub, gym, and tennis court! Cons: It’s fairly expensive, but I’ve found it to be a much better experience compared to luxury apartments that are in a similar price range. The phone system for the gate has not worked since I’ve been here. Luckily the weather has been nice enough to walk and open the gate for guests. Overall, I’m really happy with the Windsor."
