"The owner keeps raising rates and will soon price people right out of the community, save your money and but a house. I will reply to the person that responded to my review, well instead of parties that you throw lower the cost of rent maybe people would rather have lower rent than a party. water so you pay $30.00 for 3000 and then you charge the residents, everything else you mentioned had been mentioned for some time. (Nothing happened) the only thing i have seen done is speed bumps that nobody wanted nor did you ask. I really do think your just taking more money out of people pockets in the community that maybe cant afford it glad you bought gift cards.lets face it the owner is a crook and is taking advantage of people. Save your money go somewhere else"

"Shannon is a gem. She showed us several homes yesterday, Aug. 24th and we loved the homes. We were only put off by the restrictions on what we can do on the property. We DO understand the reasons for the restrictions though. You have a fine salesperson in Shannon. She looks so young I thought she was in high school. Thank you for your time and help Shannon. You were fun and know your stuff."
