"This hotel knows how to make customers happy. Jesse went above and beyond to be accommodating when I arrived late at night. He made me feel as if I were a long, lost family member, as was welcome. Rooms are clean and stocked with the amenities. The staff is personable and helpful."

"Found out at check in the pool was closed. The staff member said they had to wait for something to clean the pool. I’m not quite sure if that what it was. That was the main reason I booked the hotel. I was going to go somewhere else, but it was late. They didn’t offer any kind of discount for the inconvenience. The ac didn’t really cool the room at night. Curtains didn’t really block out the light. Neighbors above us were being loud and can hear them walking around late at night. Bathroom door made a loud sound when you close it. There wasn’t much options for breakfast. There is no elevator and only one entrance to come in and out of the building. There was another exit, but it was for emergencies only. There were some lights out in the parking lot. It’s not worth what I paid for and not happy that the hotel didn’t do anything to help with the situation."

"Good value hotel, might have rated higher but breakfast was not great and room was clearly a room that used to be a smoking room, but not now. Kind of got used to it but not my favorite. Not the hotels fault but there were some pretty suspicious folks out in the parking lot checking out the vehicles. Nothing happened to my stuff, but was concerning."

"The bathtub had a disgusting amount of hair in it and was dirty all around the seems. I feel the bare minimum any motel should be able to say is that they have clean rooms. The staff was super kind and did everything they could to help, but it seems like there is a major lack of responsibility from management. They only gave us a $30 discount for our stay of 3 nights. Then the manager tried to blame it on the fact that this is their slow season and not every room is being checked. I feel that is gross and should never be an excuse from any motel. We tried to get a new room and checked 3 others and every single one had hair in the bathtubs and one had hair in the bed. It’s absolutely unacceptable in my opinion. I could totally understand one hair here or there. That would not be a problem. These tubs had pubic hair all over the place and you could tell the last person to use the tub was shaving their face because there was small facial hair through one of the tubs as well. It isn’t hard to clean a bathroom and that should be the number one best thing any motel does. Unfortunately, we will never be staying here again. It’s honestly sad because I have stayed here my entire life and I have never had any issues like this. I don’t know if they changed management but it just seems completely unacceptable to me."

"Not a great place to stay. We did not have as good an experience as you would expect from such highly rated hotel. Some of the issues we observed because of which we wouldn't want to stay again: 1. Room was smelling very bad. Some sort of musty smell. 2. Shower did not have option of hot & cold mix water that you NEED to regulate the water temperature for taking bath. Left was just cold. Right was just hot. No water in the middle. Taking a bath was a challenge. Other than above issues, which were major for a night stay, everything else was fine. 24 hrs check in. Great friendly staff. Ample parking space. Breakfast was good with a nice fresh omelet option. Would have been great to have some fruits available as well but no complaints there."
