"Spent 2 nights in Tiny Cabin 1. Great little place, convenient location on the edge of Montrose. Nice, clean accommodations. Be advised, Tiny Cabin 1 has a loft sleeping area and requires you to climb a little ladder to access. No problem for us, but it may be a challenge for some. Highly recommend! The Mexican restaurant next door is AMAZING!"

"I reserved tiny house #5 a month before our stay. And 2 hours before the check in time on our way to Montrose I received a call saying they have to cancel our stay due to electrical issue. The fact that they waited 2 hours before check in time to inform us that they are cancelling our stay is unacceptable. I have tried to call them to make sure I get my refund but no one is answering the phone call. I have two kids with me and had to sleep in our car for the night because all the hotels in the area are booked and the $350+ that I paid isn’t refunded yet. I’m beyond upset because I made sure to book way in advance so our vacation will be stress free."

"We stayed in a Yurt for a night as we were passing through. Very close to everything if needed, but also put back to it was quiet and relaxing. The yurt was clean and super cute, directly across from bathhouse that was clean and updated. Everything was great, easy check in, easy to find, only recommendation of turning AC on for guests few hours before guests arrive as it was very hot in there for first few hours until it cooled it down."

"Nice little place that is out of the way and quiet. Clean and level RV spots that are rather close together. Laundry was good, 2 washers ($2.50/load) and 2 dryers ($1.25). Bathrooms were newer, very clean, and we loved how large the shower stalls were. Kids had a blast on the playground. A nice surprise, they had recycling! ♻️"

"Booked this place last minute for a tenting spot. It's not bad but their online system and communication could be better. We had paid online and filled out the forms but when we arrived there was another family in our supposed tenting spot. Luckily they were super cool and let us camp next to them. Since they communicated with the owner via telephone to pay cash the system still allowed us to book online for the same spot. We had tried calling their after hours number numerous times but no answer. Next day out of courtesy we called to let them know we camped there but they claimed we weren't in their system despite having all of the proper paperwork. The tenting sites are nice. Along the river except #2. Unfortunately, there is only ONE bathroom so everyone on the grounds shares it since the code given doesn't work for the front office bathrooms. It's something they need to change. There is one bathroom / shower on the entire ground. A safety hazard they have occurring is the electrical line is laying on ground so when shower water spills over it could cause a possible issue. When showering be sure to lock to manual lock on the bottom handle and not the top one where the key code goes as that doesn't lock the door and multiple people have been walked in on. I believe once they fix a few errors, install another bathroom or two, this place has the potential to be great."
