"I wish I could give this place a 0 rating. Notice that aren't any pictures of the interior.. The rooms have black mold, collect a ton of dust, poor drainage, dirty carpet, bed bugs, and the place is infested with mice. The overall framing is old and it's only matter of time before someone is seriously hurt on those stairs. The manager also looks through people's mail and steals other people's property. They also lie and say there are no vacancies when there actually are. The City of Montrose should definitely give that place a close look. So many codes are being violated there. They also stole all of my tools."

"Allrighty. so here's the deal, This is not a 5 star hotel but it deserves all the stars because it was our saving grace last night and it was exactly what we needed. They don't really speak English well but if you need a place to lay your head and shower in the morning they can give you that. It's very CLEAN and well kept. It's a very basic motel but I would be happy to stay here again especially for the price."
