"If i could give no stars i would. We are supposed to be in a auto pay feature so that its hassle free, and for a forgetful person its easy to not have to remember to pay the bill, but then when there system doesnt work and doesnt auto pay like its supposed to, they dont call and find out anything, they just come by and take your stuff or tell you they are gong to give you a felony for stealing. Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable they way the run things there. All they are after is your money."

"Got a few new things and the quality of the couch is horrible. We have had it for a few months and it is falling apart at the stitching. We called them and they came and looked at it. Said they think that it is because of the nondirect sun light. Said they would talk to the repair guy. 2 weeks later we started calling them to get answers only to be avoided and put off. I finally got upset and the guy said they ordered stuff to fix the couch but that he would stay in contact with me. It has been another 2 weeks now and still no word... I am about to stop payment."

"This is easily my favorite Rent a Center. The atmosphere is very laid back, and they have super friendly and courteous employees! They know you by name, and treat you like family. These guys are always willing to work with you to get you what you need, whatever your financial situation is. I would recommend this Rent a Center to everyone. Five stars!"

"Edited to add: Their office called me the other day and left a message and when my voicemail picked up you could hear "I hate her" then the guy handed the phone to Alex to leave me a message because he hates me. I really feel comfortable going in there now...Very professional! Thought it was great service but it has been terrible! If you're even a day late they will hound you and harass literally 100s of times a day. I always pay late and they should be able to see that and be willing to adjust the paydate to my payday but wouldn't do it. On top of that while I'm at work they're blowing up my phone when I'm in an area I get no service but I still get rings and get me into trouble with my boss. Then theres the busniess of making my mom feel like a criminal by harassing her and threatening and what not and shes not even on the contract! Trying to get her to scare me into paying...and every time its late because of payday they act like I'm gonna steal the tv. I will never use their services again. Side note...the furniture was all subpar. Sent back the living and dining room sets because of cheap quality yet rediculous final prices! Also even though I had gone in twice and told them I dont have a job anymore since they wouldn't stop harassing me at work I was fired! And it was supposed to be set to monthly. They called me every single day 2-4 times a day even though it supposedly wasnt due. If you go in and talk to someone about changing anything or whatever make sure they all know because they'll act like they have no clue! They knew I had loat my job and was only getting child support yet now theyre saying they come get the furniture and child support isnt considered income...hmm shoulda said that way earlier!"
