"If I could give negative stars, I would. If at all possible, DO NOT use this company! Shalene is PAINFULLY unprofessional. Screwed me as a tenant out of $1,000 minimum. Seldom in the office. Homeowners, don’t be represented by this travesty of a company. Tenants, plan to be severely disappointed."

"Terrible people to deal with. My husband of 20 years passed away suddenly and I couldn't afford the rent on my own so had to give a months notice.....but apparantly thats not a valid reason to break the lease?? They would prefer to spend hundreds of dollars of the owners money to evict you through the courts, instead of saying sorry for your loss, you can break the lease...the owners of the house were okay wth me doing that!! Then they made me advertise the house and sublease it for them!!!! Also if you have an issue with something breaking or not working, they send their tradesmen around, who say its your fault or there's not problem, and they bill you for it?? Never again!!"

"To all of those of you who are bashing The Property Managers, I can only speak of my experiences with them, but I can honestly say, I have had nothing but a good experience with them. I have been living in an apt that they manage for the last 2 years and I just renewed my lease for a 3rd year. I am a basement unit, so anytime I've had any flooding or plumbing issues they have been very responsive on getting someone out here. They always keep me informed whenever anyone needs to access the basement area or if they are going to be having any work done on the building. Anytime I've any issues whatsoever Shalene or Renee in the office has been very helpful on getting the issues resolved. And again, speaking from my own experiences, I have found, if you treat management with respect, follow their rules and do what you are supposed to, you will not have any problems whatsoever with them. They've been a great company to rent from and I plan on continuing to rent from them for years to come."

"This property manager was great to work with from beginning to end. I was able to check any property I wanted without having a "hovering sales person" lingering over me while I checked things out. The lease process was simple enough, maybe a little old fashioned, but all the details were covered which I appreciated more. I had one problem with my condo. The lock broke and I couldn't get into my apt. I called, panicking, b/c my dog was inside all day. Dawn was exceptional! Answered after hours, calmed me down, ordered a locksmith, and was fixed within 2 hours. The move out list was extensive, but again, I followed everything and faced zero issues. The company was great and I would rent from them again!"

"Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Extremely rude and umperfesional. If you are thinking of renting a property managed by this company just make sure that the place your are renting is absolutely worth it. Just read the reviews. I find it hard to believe any of the good reviews on here are truthful and we're fabricated by employees. It's an absolute act of God they are even in businesses still. If you have any issues be prepared to wait and wait and wait some more. They may blow smock up your @ss n tell you that your their first priority but trust my they could care less. If you are a property owner and have your property being managed by this place... Hope your getting a heck of a deal because your property value is probably next to nothing. To all of you currently renting. I feel your pain. Stay strong because it won't be long before your property owner will turn to more perfesional people who don't run their property's like a bunch of slum lords."
