Reviews
"Quick, easy ski rental! Nef was super helpful, patient, and educated us on the best fit for my daughter’s rental needs. We were in & out in a jiffy, and on the slopes for a perfect powder day!"
"There is certainly opportunity to raise this review but as it stands my experience was not a good one.. I was trying to rent some equipment from the manager. Toni was her name i think? A) the store was a MESS which probably explains why B) My rental couldn't be located for quite some time and C) she was rude to me when I tried to joking explain how difficult it can be to use your website, offering no solutions to a problem i tried to politely present. Needless to say I'll likely be going to a different rental shop next season unless you can get a better leader in there who cares about the job and the space they work in."
"Picked up rentals for our 6yo who was skiing for the first time. The guy helping us was friendly and really kind toward our daughter who was having a rougher time with the try-on experience. He had us in and out quickly, and we ended up having a great day on the slopes."
"If you purchase something here, be sure it fits or there is sufficient stock to return it for something else. The return policy is antiquated. You are left only with an 'immediate' store credit and if there is nothing in their limited stock that you want, too bad. To make matters worse the manager has a less than customer friendly attitude and acted like she was doing me a favor by 'allowing' to put my credit on a gift card. My first preference is to buy local but it's attitudes and practices like this that drive me to Amazon. BTW, I gave the gift card away so they won't be seeing me again."
"I donated a bike to a young woman and it needed repairs, they guy took the bike in, fixed it up and they ended up donating one of the tire repairs! The gal at the front was amazing and kind! I love having people like this in my community!"
