"This is a great hotel! Very clean and updated rooms. The front desk staff are very helpful. It's located right next to the river trail, which is wonderful. The owner happened to be in when I was there, we had a nice conversation about owning a hotel. I'll definitely be back."

"This place was super dirty, cockroaches in the room. The toilet and shower had hair everywhere. No one had cleaned the toilet bowl and it had feces stains. I had to ask three times to get towels and a trash can. Staff was rude when I asked for these items. I’ll never stay at this hotel again, not up to choice standards period!!!!!! I stayed here 5x over the last year and this recaps my experiences. Additionally, the front desk requires a $300 cash deposit because of people trashing rooms and drug dealers of which they unequivocally acuse locals. Amazing only drug dealers are the only people who walk around with $300 in their pocket it’s like they cater to them!!"

"I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, even for a quick stay for a night. The front desk service is completely unreasonable & their customer service is a disservice. If budget is an issue I would suggest to look elsewhere to pay for a slightly more convenient experience. The entirety of this hotel is not well maintained or even closely managed the way I expected. It’s a disappointing reflection on the whole entire hospitality experience. Spend your money in a better location that will value your customer business in a more efficient quality manner."

"Not a bad spot if you're looking for somewhere budget friendly. Super quiet. There's a nice river walk behind the hotel too, can walk all the way to downtown (~2 miles). There's no pool currently, but sounded like they're implementing a new one soon."

"Jake was one of the friendliest and understanding people I have interacted with, and I have been a manager in the customer service business for over ten years. He clearly is a natural, please make sure to take care of him with appropriate promotions and raises, he made my stay worth it! The property itself is what you'll normally expect for a Quality Inn, but it is definitely worth it value wise; the room was very clean, housekeeping was very friendly and made sure I had everything I needed. The only two rough spots for me: Wifi consistently disconnects at least every fifteen to twenty minutes, with the password needing to be re-added every time. Also, the connection is not completely secure, this should really be addressed. The ice machine upstairs in the creepy dark room over the front desk/lobby. Would you want to walk up there in the middle of the night, somewhere that you've never been before? Very creepy and not convenient for the entire property at all."
