"Awesome nice rooms, great breakfast and lobby! The hut tub is more of a heated pool with bubbles (not hot), had to take a hot shower after to warm up. Other than that all was great."

"Beds comfortable and room standard. The room was fairly clean but trash had not been taken out. Staff was friendly but hard to find. Good choice for a one night stop."

"For such a new hotel it is extremely dirty and the pool area was down right disgusting. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also good and well run. But they really need to step up the cleaning. Won't be going back until it gets a DEEP clean."

"Very clean hotel that does accept animals. I have stayed hear 2 times and each time was satisfying. A bit better on the pocket book considering the neighboring hotels. Acces to a river walk too. Your only 5 minutes from downtown!"

"The hotel was nice. The room was nice. As best we could see, the hotel and our room were clean - except there was someone else's food in our fridge (a complaint you'll see in other ratings for this hotel), which would indicate that the fridge wasn't even opened, much less sanitized. However, the breakfast was already picked over by 9a - they do not plan for the number of guests they know they have. All that said, the biggest issue is this: we stayed at the Hampton Inn in Alamosa the night before - that hotel was nicer, cleaner and had a great breakfast for about half the price we paid for this room. The hotel was nice. The room was nice. Neither were worth $300 for one night."
