"I was skeptical at first because I’ve never used PODS for a move before but the whole process was honestly seamless. You can take as much time as you want to load them, we had ours picked up and put in storage for 6 weeks at a PODS facility, then we had them redelivered and picked up after unloading. So much easier than putting everything in a regular storage facility. We had a total of 3 PODS and movers completely unloaded them in 3-4 hours. We also had zero damage to our belongings (a lot of that has to do with how you pack them - pack it tight and tie loose items down). Highly recommend giving PODS a try for your next move, especially if you’re going to have a gap between moving out of your old home and into your new one like we did."

"Idiot delivery driver snapped a very high branch of a tree next to our house and just left it. When they came to pick the POD up yesterday, they hit the tree again. It snapped today and was lying in the road - thankfully there were no people or cars there. It’s not even our POD and I’ve never used this service. They will be paying for the damage and, if the tree dies, will be paying for a replacement of an equally mature tree."

"Used PODS for a family move from Austin to Denver. When the POD arrived at our address most of our things were damaged. It looks like the POD was dropped or in an accident as very large items were broken including a solid wood dresser with a 2 inch solid wood top that was split in half, bookshelves, dressers and night stands all in splinters. The force of impact was great enough break two cast iron skillets! PODS customer service is giving me the runaround. They told me an insurance adjuster would contact me in 72 hours. That was 8 days ago. They did over 10K damage to my property and won't even return my call now. It's going to cost me an arm and a leg but I will take these guys to court just on general principle if this isn't resolved (hope you're reading this PODS representatives) You couldn't pay me to use this service again. What a truly horrific experience. Avoid this service at all costs."
