"This past week was my second time visiting this location and I was extremely pleased. The customer service was great, they were very attentive and knowledgeable. As an example...I needed marketing materials and I had no clue what type of paper I needed for each project and they gave me their honest opinions which made me feel very comfortable. I thought I needed expensive paper and they explained to me that it wasn't necessary for that particular project. I need a company I can trust and let's just say...I found it! I would highly recommend this location."

"I went in on December 23,2023 to ship off a BIG box of gifts for someone… well long story short the person I was sending it to, told me they changed their mailing address recently only after I already dropped off the package… I called this location and Cailyn said she would pull it aside cause unfortunately now that it’s going to a P.O. Box it’s going to cost more then my original payment and if I can make it in the next 20 mins before close she’d be happy to help me out. I made it within 5 mins before close and she was helping another customer so Keith helped me instead. Another long story short it would have costed me an extra $100 if I shipped everything in the box I had so I decided to take it home , split it among multiple boxes instead of the really big one. When I took it back in , I believe Ben helped me out, he quickly heard my complicated story, got everything in order with the CORRECT address and gave me a new price that was only a LITTLE more than the original now that it was in smaller boxes. I appreciate ALL their help and education that was given to me and I ALWAYS have the best customer service from them. But this time it was above and beyond !"
