"Traveling for business, I have stayed in this location for more than ten years. Tony always took great care of me and now, Traci at the front desk, made sure I had everything I needed this go around. The morning crew of Dawn and Michelle in the kitchen, can't be beat. It's always nice to be treated like family when you're on the road. I've stayed in a lot of hotels over the years and Tim had this location looking great. It's so refreshing to see a staff that has pride in their workmanship and customer service. Thanks for a great stay!"
"This Hampton inn is proof that the brand can vary quite a bit. The good things were that the service was excellent - the staff were very nice and helpful. The water pressure on the shower was awesome. Also, they had a fun hot chocolate bar my kids loved. However, all the furniture had visible stains, the carpet was filthy and had literal holes in it - my kid hurt his foot on the edge of a chipped tile. My socks were filthy after wearing them in the room for a short time. They really need to replace the carpet and give the sofas and chairs a deep clean or replace them. The indoor pool is grimy and dark. Like most indoor pools it's also hard on the lungs. I didn't swim but my kids got an itchy rash from the water. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. The only low carb options were some super salty sausage patties and rubber eggs. The oatmeal was instant, there wasn't a light yogurt option, and the apples and oranges were old and shriveled. I would not stay here again. We stayed in another Hampton inn on our trip in Moab Utah that was wonderful - it even had green chili for the eggs which made me laugh since New Mexico is known for it's green chili but yet the New Mexico Hampton Inn didn't have any."
"My partner and I had a great time at the Hampton in Farmington, New Mexico. We felt welcomed from the start, receiving a nice welcome gift as Gold Hilton members. The hotel's location was perfect for us, and the to-go breakfast bag was a lifesaver when we were in a rush. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay."
"Worse Hampton inn I have ever been to. My service dog and me have stayed at several of these and usually choose Hampton inn because of friendly service. When I got there a kid off the couch from being on his phone like I inconvenienced him. I let him know my dog was a service animal and he gave me a sheet to feel out for pets. I said that doesn’t apply to me he’s not a pet. He began telling me all the rules on it including he can’t go to breakfast with me. He can and does and sits at the table while I get what I want. He said good luck with that. I told him he needs to look up service animal laws before he starts disrespecting someone with a disability. He also tried adding a 50.00 charge for using their store that I have never paid at any other Hampton inn. He said I could talk to a manager about it in the morning. I said better yet get one on the phone now. He did and I talked to her and she said I had to feel out the form and that she ask people with service animals to follow the pet rules. I said I would just stay somewhere else. My dog is not a pet and with me or where he can see me at all times for medical reasons."
"Convenient spot, during our visit to the great room for hot chocolate, staff brought more packets of cocoa, and some whipped cream. The bed had a blood stain on it, and after an extension we got locked out. It was extremely hard to plug in an external TV."
