"Really annoyed I stopped doing business here sense I was harassed it’s extremely embarrassing when I’m out of town and my neighbors are telling me they have been at my house over 10 times in one week and had told me Jaramiah was banging on my door for over 30 minutes really hard to where my downstairs neighbor had to call me assuming someone was trying to break in my house SMH are you kidding me guys how embarrassing honestly I seriously can not believe this all I’ve 100 dollars it’s totally unprofessional for them to behave the way they have been here and when I told them to come get there chair back omg one of the guys stunk so bad it made my whole house stink."

"Very freaken unprofessional! My dad talked to Chris and made arrangements about his payment this morning. Well they send their people to the house and my mother let's them know that they will be right over. THESE GUYS TALKING ON THE PHONE TELLS THE PERSON ON THE OTHER LINE ABOUT HIS BUSINESS OF THE RESTROOM!!! HOW UNPROFESSIONAL IS THAT!! COULD OF TOLD THEM HE WAS BUSY AND BE OVER AFTER! NOT ALL HIS PERSONAL BUSINESS! (I got the okay to post this after) MY DAD ALREADY MADE ARRANGEMENTS TO PAY ON MONDAY THIS MORNING AND THEY JUST SHOWED UP! AND NOW THEY'RE PARKED BEHIND MY PARENTS CAR UNTIL THEY MAKE A PAYMENT WHICH MY DAD IS OLD FASHION AND HAS TO MAKE PAYMENTS IN PERSON! They've lost me as a customer awhile back and everyone else I've known to be an Aaron's customer has nothing to nice to say anymore."

"I have been a continuing customer for 2 years now. Recently they have had some change in the staff. I have my account on automatic payments every 2 weeks. For the last 2 months, my payment comes out, the next day, Jeremy calls me and tells me I need to make my payment like it hasn't been paid. I tell him it has and check again. He confirms it has been paid. It is very annoying and ridiculous. Because if I am working and can't answer, they start calling everyone on my contact list. Yall really need to get that under control. Can't wait for my accounts to be paid off so I can be done. Will not recommend them to anyone else after the last 2 months I have had with the new employees."

"Love how friendly they are. My mom has been coming here since I was small. When I get my own place, I know this is where I can go to help build my credit and get great furniture. My mom's home is literally ripped from their display floor lol. Also love their drawings every first Friday of the month. I've won some National Geographic binoculars there. All in all, best place to go if you want to be treated like family."
