Best Western Plus The Four Corners Inn

"unfortunately I have to give a zero to Candy for customer service. She was rude and should NOT be in the customer service field. We were treated extremely poorly by her on three separate occasions during our stay. Then they kept our cash deposit because of dirty linens (some soup spilled on the bed, after their bag broke that had our soup in it) $154.00 in damages for linenes we could have washed for 20.00 had we been given the opportunity. Asked for management and was told mangers would not be available for a week! We waited over an hour to get a reciept of the breakdown and she said we were being unruly and called the cops on my 70 year old mother who has NEVER had the cops called on her in her entire life and is in the management business. I believe we were profiled as well by Candy. It took a lot to write this negative review because the hotel was nice and Alyssa and Thomas were amazing the entire week we were there. She made the experience horrible. The cops came and said sounds like it was a misunderstanding you may leave. I will be contacting the BBB and General management. I truly still have no idea what damages warranted $154.00 the reciept states damages that it took us over an hour to get with her nasty, horrible attitude. We usually stay at Home 2 Suites and I can say that is where we will return next time."

"The lady at desk was incredibly rude. If we hadn’t prepaid we would have left. Not helpful, or accommodating. Our room was incredibly expensive and small. Dare I say profiling might be an issue. Our room was not at what lady at the desk described. We did ask for a bigger room if possible a suite. We love Best Western. Just not this one. The hotel is nice, it’s clean. Good breakfast. Dog friendly. Customer service is an issue."

"Night and day difference stay at best western- not comfort inn or comfort suites! Has real food here! Best western caters to gluten free and to dairy free, no smell of chlorine but does have a pool. Super nice staff."

"The room was clean enough and was ok. The bathroom was fine. Our key stopped working after the first time. They need to hire more people. Some staff are really awesome, but one of the kitchen staff was rude for no apparent reason. The other kitchen member was very respectful. Breakfast is a 1/5. We were there at 7 and they run breakfast 6-10. There was no food hardly at all and it was not great but it’s food. Maintenance was really nice, let us in our room and was there right away. We would not stay at this hotel again. And I would recommend staying somewhere else."
