"We had our son's 1st birthday here and it was a success. We put down a 100 deposit and was told we can get that back after the party the following week. It has been a month and a week last and still we have not got the deposit back. So we tried called the people back and they said we just have to wait and they will let us know when it's available. Unreliable and longest process ever to get our 100 back. Very unhappy about this."

"I waited a full 48 hours before writing my review , because I wanted to make sure I still felt the same after I slept on it. I really wanted this to be a 5 star experience. We booked a " Themed" party. We chose Dinosaurs . The decorations were underwhelming, and I had a very disappointed 3 year old when we went in and there wasnt a dinosaur in sight. Just your standard party decorations. We were supposed to get a visit from a special character which was a T rex in one of those inflatable costumes . His costume didn't inflate. Instead of asking me , they let him in still and he looked like a terrifying lizard that literally had one of my 3 year old guests hiding under the table . I then had to ask them to move him out . They do a little craft which was fun . We made slime. The staff was friendly for the most part . Marissa was great. Easy to work with and made sure we had everything we needed . Overall for $200 + . I wont do that again ."
