"Flew in during a spring storm and stayed here two nights. Very enjoyable, very nice, friendly staff and clean spacious room. Couldn’t have been more comfortable. Very much recommend compared to the others in the area. This is your best bet by DIA."

"You get what you pay for. We stayed for a quick overnight and were shocked at how poor our experience was. First off, finding the shuttle from the airport was very challenging. The hotel uses an unmarked third party service. We spent the first 30 minutes standing on the East side pick up until someone randomly told us to go to the West side. There was no signage to inform of us any of this. Then, when we got there, another shuttle driver for a separate hotel warned us that Quality Inn uses an unmarked van. When we finally got to our room, the heat was so unbearable. We tried to cool the room down, but the air turned off after one hour and would not turn back on again. The shower made a ringing sound that sounded like a fire alarm. Lastly, when trying to board our shuttle back to the airport, which we had signed up for ahead of time through the front desk, the shuttle porter yelled at us to not touch his van and open any doors. We couldn’t wait to get out of there!"

"This hotel defeated the purpose of being a cheap airport hotel for a layover with how awful their shuttle system was (and it also wasn't cheap). We had called to confirm a shuttle would be available but they failed to tell us that they stop at midnight. So when our flight was delayed, we had to pay for a Lyft as we barely missed the last shuttle. And they don't seem to have any way to communicate to the shuttle drivers to see if they're running on time. They also charged me even though I had prepaid so I've been dealing with that now too. There are lots of other hotels on this strip, I recommend staying elsewhere."

"Decent rooms, a little on the small side, but very clean. Our fridge didn't work, and we learned this after about $60 worth of food had spoiled. In theory, having a microwave and refrigerator in the room allows the guest flexibility and options other than depending on dining out for every meal. Very nice when everything is in proper working order. The staff is amazing. The person at the counter brought up a shower chair after finding out that my mother was handicapped, and the hotel was sold out. I decided to stay another night, and another staff member ensured that I wouldn't have to change rooms and found me the best rate available, which was very reasonable. The proximity to the airport makes it convenient, and there are a few dining options close by. Breakfast included eggs, biscuits and gravy, juices, various breads, and oatmeal. There may have been other options, but at 8:30, items were running low since service ends at 9. One disappointment is that the airport shuttle is not wheelchair accessible. However, the pool has a power seat to lift the disabled into the water. That is impressive. They need to make a ramp at the wheelchair parking in front and have one or two spaces van accessible. There is one van accessible spot in back, but I'm unsure if the rear entrance has a push button for the door. Overall, decent hotel in a location convenient to the airport with good amenities."
