"It's a decent place to stay while you get back on your feet. The room was large, it's basically a one bedroom apartment which was great. Kitchen has working stove, oven, refrigerator, and microwave. Really nice maids that come once a week to clean if you need them to. Laundry room on-site located near the back was very convenient. East Colfax isn't the safest area, but no one really bothered us. Only was asked for money by people who linger into the parking lot sometime. The motel across the street has a heavy police presence almost daily, but once you close your door you won't really notice all the negative going on outside over there. Only issue I had here was the tv would sometime loose HD channels lately. But overall I was pleased with the Silver Spur"

"I'm currently staying here. It's definitely one of the better motels in this area.. We have two young kids (2, and 4). The room has a kitchenette, im able to cook nightly. Love the weekly cleaning, that I dont have to do. Love the cable and Wi-Fi. Over all its pretty good place to be."

"First night here I am loving it nice and quiet and cozy and the manager was extremely helpful upon check-in So I've been Silver Spur for about 5 months the staff at the Shepherds which co-owns is very polite friendly and makes me feel like I'm almost at home with my own mother I thank all the staff Orlando senior Orlando Junior and all tbe wonderful ladies in the office for your great Hospitality thanks again"

"Management was great, had a small issue with our form of payment when we first arrived but they were very accommodation and resolved the problem immediately. Older hotel but very cozy and rooms are updated. Updated kitchenetts so great place for extended stays. Good location."

"Nice, quaint place with kitchenettes and great prices. Management was friendly and understanding, had an issue with the shower and no water and they switched us rooms promptly. Would stay there again."
