Hyatt Centric Downtown Denver

"I only stayed at this hotel because it was in a convenient location. The check in process was very stressful. Staff is inattentive nothing was explained correctly. Each and every time I tried to go get dinner the restaurant and bar were closed. First I went at 9 so I was understanding since it was a bit late. The next day I went around 8 and was told the kitchen was already closed. You’d have to eat dinner by 5 here I guess to be able to get service. My room was not prepared properly. I did not have Shampoo or Conditioner in my room. Parking is stupidly expensive at $59 a night when you’re already paying for a rental. I am very disappointed by this Hyatt as I’d never stayed in such a janky Hyatt. Was giving Motel 6 service for sure. 0/10"

"The hotel was lovely, rooms were very clean and it was so close to everything we wanted to see that we were able to walk everywhere! We also had a mix-up with our booking and the support team was incredibly helpful getting it sorted out. So glad we booked here!"

"I was very wary about this place seeing the mixed reviews. But I am so glad I gave it a shot. My partner and I were so happy with our room. The bed was comfy and our pillows were so soft. And our bathroom was gorgeous, it gave us ideas on how to renovate our bathroom at home lol. The customer service was fabulous, all of the staff were super friendly and attentive to us. From the bar staff to the front desk ladies. We went to also check out the gym, sadly we didn't get to use it but it looked wonderful. I will say prices on the food are a little high but the customer service definitely made it worth the purchase. The location was also perfect. We didn't want to use the valet parking, but it was very convenient that the parking garage was right across the street and we ended up just doing that, it was a little cheaper as well. I've seen a lot of bad reviews on the location and the homeless issue here. But I'm gonna give some people a reality check... The hotel doesn't control the homeless issue that's the city's problem. If you're leaving a 1 star because of that you should not be in a city anywhere. That's an issue nation wide. Leave a complaint to the City not the hotel. Thank you again for our wonderful stay. We hope to come back again."

"Very impressed with this hotel given the price point. Rooms are large, clean and love the wood floors. Cleaning and maintenance people are very attentive and friendly. Especially want to mention Angelica at the front desk - super helpful. Overall a great hotel located in a prime location for visiting downtown Denver."
