"We had such a great stay! Taysha greeted us (including our four young children) with kindness and humor, and everything after was great. The room was clean, the breakfast was great, and the pool was a big hit. Location is also great. The only complaint was the noise, and only because it seemed like the walls were thin. Guests weren’t loud- we could just hear conversations and doors. We’ll definitely stay again- and bring a sound machine."

"Check in & check out was very quick & easy. Our room was very well appointed with a full size fridge & kitchenette area. Nice small couch & desk area. Everything was very clean. What was offered at the breakfast buffet was great. The scrambled eggs were a bit overcooked, but everything else was wonderful. The cost of self parking was reasonable & very close by. I would stay here again."

"Amazing staff and was so welcoming for my family. We had a short stay as we were traveling from mountains back to Denver for our early flight. The gentleman working the evening was so attentive and helped plan best places to eat and prepped for a breakfast to go since we were leaving before breakfast. The sweet lady working the am smiled greeted us and helped kids and I to a nice exit out. Customer service here is top notch, rooms and all facilities are super clean and and location is great with lots of choices to eat and visit around."

"The hotel has a “deal” with a neighboring paid parking company, which represents the only available in/out accessible guest parking outside of metered on-street parking options. This “deal” costs $32/night for guests, but doesn’t guarantee that the paid parking company will even have spaces available in the lot (the public lot is open to all, not only guests). After searching for an open spot, the staff was willing to remove the charge since there were no available spaces on our first night, which was greatly appreciated. It would be a much more honest representation of services offered if the hotel’s website specified that *limited* or *third-party* parking is available on a *first come first-served basis*, rather than “parking is available for a fee”. Clear and honest communications makes for happier guests in general! We also have an ongoing noise disturbance from a neighboring room hosting a party of sorts at 3-4am, and will have to see if the email sent to the guest relations team bears any result. Other than that, the hotel is very clean and staff is friendly and accommodating thus far."

"Absolutely best staff at this hotel. I am blown away by how wonderful these individuals have been. From the second I made my reservation to when I finally checked out, after extending my stay, the these have all been fabulous!!! I have to say I will stay here any time I have to stay in Denver- what a fabulous, clean, thoughtful, caring, splendid stay I had. Thank you everyone!!! The highlight of my trip was checking in! The breakfast was amazing, the pool was perfect, the people were wonderful, the cost was splendid. I am honestly so very happy that we decided to give these guys a chance. 100% recommend!!!!!"
