"living area, kitchen and dining area were nice. bedrooms on 1st floor need work. paint peeling off walls and gnats. toilet in bathroom on the lower level still (from previous post) wabbles when sat on.the house had a musty smell, two TV's. lower level tv never worked. no biggie, until the other TV went out on 3rd night.turned in a service call and still no TV. we were looking forward to watching movies at the end of our fun filled day out. we also had a mouse who came out to play, but hey, that happens. deck also needs some TLC."

"The place was really nice. However there were cobwebs everywhere, along with flying bugs inside the cabin, we found rat dropping, along with the poison. I mean yes I know it's a cabin but for a 4 hundred and some cleaning fee I felt like it should have been cleaner inside. The beds were horrible as well, felt like just sleeping on the box spring itself. Also the locked closets were a little creepy. It is a beautiful home, in a great spot otherwise."

"House has potential but has been mostly neglected over the years. Pros: Very quiet despite being on a frequently traveled road. Internet is surprisingly decent for the rural area. Kitchen and dining area has plenty of room and updated appliances. Cons: Needs a lot of maintenance to meet any reasonable person's expectations. Mattress has tags from 1985. Decaying animal smell persists in lower floor bathroom. Lower floor bathroom lacks any exhaust ventilation or window for evacuation of shower moisture and bathroom smells. Heating unit has trouble maintaining set temperature. Electrical outlets lack modern grounding points. Lower bathroom toilet coming loose from floor. I hope this is taken as constructive criticism for owners because it could be the perfect spot with a bit of updating and TLC."
