"Absolutely beautiful! This is a must stay!! Very peaceful. Very clean. Super comfortable. Prime location. We visited recently for spring break from Texas. Do not come here to party or to be disrespectful. It is obvious the owners are very dedicated to taking excellent care of their property and the cottages they provide. The owners were incredibly accommodating and even sent us our left behind items. If we visit Durango again, we will definitely stay at this gem."

"Tried calling twice to make a reservation. Nice conversation with the man but when I called to book, he told me to call back tomorrow. I called back to reserve the cottage he recommended and now it conveniently is "Closed for cleaning" on the day we were suppose to arrive. Such a shame! This was suppose to be a nice gift for my wife and child for Christmas and now it's ruined because these people don't know how to run a business."

"This place was a dream! My husband and I came to stay a few nights on our honeymoon and we will definitely be back! We stayed in a few of their cottages.....we weren't sure what our trip looked like when we booked our first night. So we ended up booking our second night a few weeks after our first was already confirmed. Either way, Jim and Leslie were able to accommodate us without any issues. The atmosphere of the whole place was just darling! Breakfast each morning was served by both Jim and Leslie with warm hearted smiles, delightful conversation (with them and the rest of the guests), and wonderful service! The cottages were kept in excellent condition and were just so welcoming and charming! We truly enjoyed our time there. The place would be great with anyone capable running it, but Jim and Leslie really make it feel like a home away from home. They made us feel like we were staying with old friends we'd known a lifetime. If you have the opportunity to visit and stay here, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT! You won't regret it!"

"This is our second stay with Jim and Leslie. They are amazing hosts who value their guests and make you feel at home. The accommodations are clean, very comfortable, and the landscaping so pretty. There is an irrigation brook that encircles the property and makes soft burbling sounds. Loved the porch swing and rocking chair. Breakfasts are created individually for each guest every morning using fresh eggs from their chickens. Their support staff were friendly and also valued their guests! Several were pitting homegrown cherries when we went to get the freshly baked cookies that are available every afternoon. We highly recommend Apple Orchard Inn if you are looking for an amazing experience!"
