"I wish I can give the customer service level a ZERO. To whom it may concern, Dear Sir/Madam My wife and I have been a regular customer with Burlington stores for years. But after Sunday, We choose to not ever go to Burlington stores from the horrible experience we received on Sunday 3/24/24. In about 4:15 in the afternoon, we arrived to store # 00774 to choose some cloth for my kids, my wife and I. We picked some close for my daughter and son and we went to the fitting room when the horrible experience just began. We ask the fitting room lady to count our clothes. My son had 4 pieces and this Lady (Luz) she insisted that they are 5 pieces and we kept arguing with her that one of the outfits has a shirt and short together . She kept saying no, no and waiving with her hands and after my wife got involved and said no it is only 4, we got her to agree. Then my daughter clothes . She had 3 outfits that 2 of them were skirt and tops so they are total of three outfits and we went through the whole thing again. After that, I told her that my daughter need to try the outfit but the sensor stopping her from trying. I just want to be sure it fits, she responded pay fr it first and then come try it out. When I tried talking to her , she start yelling NO, NO , NO no cut . NO. and she won't even let me talk. Then I took the outfit and went to the cashier and explained what i need, she took the sensor out and gave it back to me. After that, we went back and the outfit was connected with a thread that my daughter cant try it still. So we asked her to take it a part so she can try the skirt and the shirt , She then screamed at my wife and said no no cut, No do that. My wife tried to take them apart for my daughter to try them, she almost took it out of my wife's hand and got close like she was going to stop her and I have to interact and tell her stop it. My daughter need to try it. She kept saying no , no , no. She won't even let us talk and interrupt us all the time. I don't know how she deals with people with this level of rudeness , disrespect and unprofessionalism. She ruined our experience that my wife and I left the store without getting anything for us except for the kids. My wife left the store crying. My wife felt that we were treated that bad because my wife has a scarf as a Muslim person and she didn't get the respect she deserves I tried to ask the supervisor for the store manager and she told me that he wasn't in that day. I will take this as far as I can till this issue get resolved and this person get the most consequences for her actions and the punishment she deserves."

"This is the store where all merchandise goes to die. All the items feel and look very cheap. There is a ton of selection and that may be why. You can find almost anything there..."

"I bought a shirt from here and as I walked out of the store I realized I had forgotten it. The lady that had rung me up with the wacky makeup and shaved head gave severe attitude and sass, she then continued to help other customers right in front of me as she complained about having to do so much work. In the end I did not get a refund or my shirt. VERY DISAPPOINTED."

"I just spent like two hours buying some clothes and shoes got to the cashier and they charge me for stuff that I didn’t even but charged me for the items twice went back to the cash registered told the lady to doublecheck my stuff and she give me a bud attitude out, and she was not really Helpful and I just told her to put the money back in my card because I wasn’t gonna put up with that type of attitude anyways for anyone who goes to buy to this place. Make sure you check your level or ticket twice because you may got charge for the same item twice or get charge for an item that you don’t even got"
