"I love shopping at Arc stores. Every Tuesday, and some Saturdays. Until last Saturday, at the green Mtn location a short mngr with long hair who said her name was Gertrude (which it wasn't) was so rude and horrible toe, I don't think I'll ever return."
"Some of the employees were very kind, others were a little snappy, but hey, it was the end of the night and customers were asking for special requests. Decent selection, but electronics were a nightmare to look through. Better organization and a little more empathy would make this store better."
