"This place is a scam and should be closed. Purchased a shirt and was charged $2 for a “pro shot spray.” Immediately questioned the cashier about it who refunded the charge. I then returned my damaged shirt. The next day I realized only the fake spray was refunded. Got in touch with the manager Brandon who said his assistant manager Veronica G asked if I wanted the fake spray and that I had said yes. She never asked and I wouldn’t have said yes. She also said I kept the shirt. Veronica G is a liar!!! Brandon is also a liar as he said I needed to bring the card back in for a refund which isn’t true. It’s 2022 Brandon you can do this all online! Had to dispute the charge with my bank. They should be embarrassed."

"They spray some weird smelling garbage on your new hat and make you pay for it without asking. My new hat smells like a gas station. Gave me a headache, can't return hat."

"If you buy a hat here they FORCE you to pay for water repellent at $3.98 per hat. The repellent smells horrible, like a heavy mix of hairspray and gasoline. Returned 2 brand new hats 5 minutes after purchase because the smell was so bad, the $3.98 per hat was non refundable. The employee said the charge is automatic in the system and non refundable. Absolutely Unbelievable."

"Yikes this place has gone down hill. I went in a few months ago and the new manager Spencer helped me with a customized hat for my dad. Went in yesterday and was informed he no longer worked there. The store was an absolute mess and the people there was not helpful at all. They didn't offer to customize anything and I left with nothing. Spencer where did you go? Ill take my business there."
