"Amy helped us and was total awesome sauce. We needed to find an outfit and easter basket for Easter and she had great suggestions. She even helped distract our little one while we did some shopping. She loves kids and it shows! Also, the price and quality at Carter's is a great middle-ground if you're looking for something special but don't want to break the bank."

"It was not a good experience. I walked in and was walking around for about 15 min. No one said hi, didn't asked me if I need help, didn't ask if I found what I was looking for. I had to go find someone and ask them question. The older lady acted like I was bothering her. So I had about $150 dollars worth of stuff and went up to the counter and said since no one knows how customer service works I will just leave and placed the things on the counter. I was told I was being rude. I kindly replied No Mama rude is not giving your customers service when they have been in your store 20min now. With me being a retail Assistant Manager for more than 10yrs. I knows that the first thing in customer service is to greet each customer as they walk in whether they are in a group or not. That also detour people from stealing because they now know you have seen them."
"Went in the other day to buy a few outfits for my son. The employee I asked for help was incredibly rude. She had an attitude with me, my friend, and another customer. Ended up finding the outfits I wanted at a different store, for a better price. Her attitude has persuaded me to shop elsewhere from now on. We love carters clothing, but we will not be buying from the Colorado Mills location ever again."
"This is a nice store with cute, cheap clothes for babies and little kids. We've relied on them to outfit two children and have not been disappointed. They have pretty much everything one would need. The clothes don't last forever but your kids will be out of them before you know it, anyway!"
