We have purchased a few items from them for our Spa systems and the experience was great. However, they have gone up and beyond just Customer Service on the items they sell. They have assisted us on products we did not purchase through them. Margaret has been an absolute pleasure to talk and work with. She has given us assistance with suggestions on who to use for issues as well as they helped with a warranty issue we were dealing with. If you're looking for a company to purchase your pool and spa products and equipment through do NOT hesitate to use Marina Pool and Spa. I guarantee you'll thank me later for it! They were fast and responsive and got the part I needed on the way by splitting my order and holding it for the backordered parts and when I told them that my pool cleaner was out of commission, they expedited the part. "I read several recommendations for Marina Pool Spa & Patio while searching for a good pool vacuum. Those recommendations where right. They are extremely helpful in assisting you to find the right pool vacuum. They are straight forward when comparing models and don’t try to up sell. They are very responsive to emails and phone calls. Plus they shipped my vacuum to GA very quickly. It is doing a great job in my pool right now. Don’t hesitate to do business with them because they are not local or have a flashy website. They are better than those other big chain pool places and online stores."

"Careful here. We bought a Dolphin from Margaret. Very knowledgeable and helpful pre sale and highly recommended from troublefreepool.com. I received the Dolphin and after a few uses the power supply started to overheat, to the point it was almost melting the top cover. Margaret responded that she would help to resolve and then she just stopped responding. No further replies to my emails , not answering the store phone, calling back, nothing. It's a shame because she clearly is very busy and is choosing to not address a customer concern, so I will have to deal with the manufacturer directly. I live in Georgia, otherwise I'd bring it the store directly. Net net: if you are out of the area - you may want to buy locally or exercise high caution when buying from this store."
