"Rude employees. Waited 10 minutes to be helped as they talked to each other. I ended up leaving since they didn't bother to acknowledge me."
"We bought a pair of shoes here. After trying on the right shoe we decided to get them, they toyed around with the box a bit and then we paid. Come home to find out both shoes are a right shoe and they’re different sizes. When I called about exchanging them, they weren’t kind or receptive and just said “well then I guess you should bring them in, I guess we have to exchange it”. The shoes being wrong was poor organization but the customer service was disappointing."
