Red Lobster

"The food was delicious and the waiter was very kind but forgot our appetizer and the butter for my lobster. He spoke with the manager and they gave a 23% discount which wasn't necessary but very much appreciated. We tipped well for his efforts and will definitely eat there again. We are all human."

"We got here when they opened at 11:00 a.m. on a Sunday and that was the perfect time. Our two plates consists of three shrimp options and one side for $20 each. As you can see my plate is pretty full. Also the biscuits really help to top off this lunch. I feel like this was a great Sunday lunch and our server was on point. We were so glad to be his first table of the day and I can't wait to go back."

"Shared a nice crab leg dinner with my husband. Our waiter, Joe was exceptional, friendly, attentive, and even offered to help crack open some crab legs. He was an all around amazing person. You don’t get this service just anywhere. We will definitely be returning and hope to have him wait on us again. Red lobster has a great employee and I hope they appreciate him and much as we did!"

"I haven't been to RL for decades and thought I'd give it a try. It was ok and better than it was, decades ago. Around 3:20, on a Friday afternoon, I made a reservation online, before going but couldn't get a table for 2 before 5:30. When I arrived, I'd parked on the opposite side from the entrance and walked by the windows, seeing ample booths available. Inside, it took them several minutes to figure out where to seat the two of us. No update was given, while people came and went from the front desk, to let us know why we weren't being seated (almost felt like we were forgotten). The server was friendly enough and didn't bother us with constant questioning, after ordering (I prefer that, since I'm there to talk to my friend, not the staff). The menu selection was decent, the cheddar biscuits were a bit dry, and the food came out within a reasonable period of time. I had the lobster and shrimp overboard, with broccoli.The broccoli, shrimp and lobster were tasty. The pasta with cheese sauce and rice were "meh" (didn't finish either). I basically ate all of the shrimp, lobster, and broccoli. I wouldn't turn down an invitation to go again but I wouldn't put it at the top of my list of places to consider. It is a franchise and it lived up to that expectation/experience."

"We come here once every few months but should definitely increase that. We got there just at opening and were seated immediately. Our service was on point. Food was hot and delicious. My spicy pineapple marg was PERFECT."
