"Literally gave me a cold pizza, wasn’t the nicest either. Food seemed like it had been sitting there all day and they still gave it to me cold."
"I usually don't leave negative reviews as I'm not like that. There was no line and a stromboli didn't seem that bad to me. Boy was I wrong. I ordered it, as it looked good. The guy threw it into the oven, which is apparently broken, and then handed it to me still cold. Whatever, I'm hungry. I take it back to the food court to eat, take two bites into it, and despite the outside being cooked, the inside is still entirely raw dough. I cannot condone anyone serving anything undercooked. I would have rather had it overcooked than undercooked. I even attached the photos as this dough isn't cooked at all, and you can even tell it's dough as the cheese is melted. I will not be ordering from Sbarro ever again."
"Never ends to amaze me how square are the employees here. Gosh! If somone is requestiong a whole pizza, and you have a pizza to sell, man, sell it and make a new one! Is it that hard? Wonder why ALL the Food Court is full, and they are the only ones who are Empty."
"I’ve been to Sbarros across the nation , and this has to be the worst one by far. Service is poor, food is poorly made (see lack of cheese on 1/3 of the pizza), salad was warm (?), & cashier did not know their own specials (which were in HUGE print right behind him lol). Only positive is that there’s no wait, but it’s pretty obvious why."
"I managed my own Sbarro located in the Colorado Springs, Chapel Hills Mall back in the early-mid 90's. I would have never allowed my store to be ran this poorly. Cold Pizza. Cold Stromboli. Cold side of pizza sauce. Warm side salad, which had no Caesar dressing available. Slow service with no sense of urgency. Staff did not tend to their customers' needs or concerns. During our visit we took notice that no more than eight people were ever standing in line during the lunch rush. Meanwhile, the Chick-fil-A next door had a line of customers a mile long. Sbarro should investigate this location for its mediocre performance, poor food quality and lack of customer service concerns."
