"What can I say about this location. At first it was a rough start as the employees the night before did not notify Janessa that they had an early VIP party, so we waiting a little bit for doors to open. I can’t express how well she got out party going so quickly after realizing a party was there. Both her and Liz were fantastic and I can’t express my gratitude for them both. They really deserve so much more than a review as they made sure not only our birthday boy but our whole party we taken care and still had an amazing time. To Janessa and Liz you two rock and we truly do appreciate everything you guys did to get our party going under the circumstances you both were thrown into Sunday Morning. We would be back again just for these two!!"

"March 19th , 2024 We dined in and bought play time for our 2 granddaughters $77.00 for 30 min. playtime and 1 plain pizza and 4 drinks. Pretty steep. Not enough people working to take care of customers. One bright spot was a young lady named Tori, she was working hard to take care of everyone. She was kind and patient and was doing more than her share of helping customers. Thank you Tori! Chuck E Cheese is lucky to have you."

"We’ve been coming to this location about once a month for the past 2 years and the new manager, Janessa, is a much needed breath of fresh air! She was friendly, helpful, kind, and genuinely went out of her way to make our daughter’s 3rd birthday memorable. She made sure Chuck E. was out multiple times singing “Happy Birthday”, dancing, and taking pictures with the kids. Janessa was proactive about giving us the heads up about our food timing, when Chuck E. would be out, when they sing “Happy Birthday”, and went out of her way to help our birthday girl have the best time. On top of that, the place was so clean! Janessa was consistently checking on guests, helping coach her young staff, and patiently helping kids pick their prizes. It’s been a long time since I’ve seen this level of customer service at this location or any kids play place. Thank you to Janessa and the rest of the genuinely kind staff at Lone Tree Chuck E. Cheese. We will definitely be back!"

"Janessa, the manager set us up GOOD!!! my girlfriend Ola is from Poland and never got to see a chuckeecheese, so half a hour before close we decide to stop in. Little did I know this was the date night of the century, we played games, danced with Chucky, mr Cheese himself, and got a BOATLOAD of goodies from the staff. They treat us like family in there. Amazing time, lots of fun. I’m in my 20s and this was better than any other bar kids my age are crawling into lol. I DO RECOMMEND TO ANY FAMILY THIS PLACE IS WHERE ITS AT!!!"
