"This is by and large the worst JJ's location. Unfortunately they are the easiest option close to work. There is ABSOLUTELY nothing Freaky Fast about this location. I would say on average it takes them 45+ minutes just to get the food made and then an indeterminate amount of time for delivery. I will just pay the extra for DoorDash to get Jersey Mike's. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. Based on other reviews, Shame on corporate and management for not fixing this location"
"Older gentleman made my gf uncomfortable by calling her pretty, didn’t add all the pickles I asked for, didn’t add cheese, bread taste really old. I love JJ’s but this was the worst experience I’ve had with them."
"The guy forgot to put turkey on my Beach Club, and I didn’t see it until I got home. Paid for a sandwich with just lettuce, tomato, cheese, spread, and no meat. The kids should pay more attention to detail instead of talking to each other."
"I've ordered from this Jimmy Johns dozens of time since I've lived in this neighborhood over the last few years. Overall the sandwiches and service have been good. I had a few issues on a couple order where a big chunk was missing out of the bread and that was annoying. I placed an order tonight and when I arrived after 6pm they were busy and only one girl appeared to be working! She must of had a big order come in because their were multiple subs stacked up on the countertop. Anyways, my Summer Wrap was not ready and she was friendly explaining they were out of the ingredients (Peanut Sauce I think) and asked if I wanted something different. I decided I didn't want anything different and asked for a refund and a printed receipt. She was patient and printed out a receipt that said VOID and got back to getting the other peoples subs made. I would imagine she was under a lot of stress dealing with all that at once and I appreciate it. Thanks"
