Jersey Mike's Subs

"This Jersey mikes has always been good to us. I’m a celiac and their gluten free bread is really good. Not to mention they are METICULOUS about their preparation of my food and I’ve never been sick. Taylin and staff are really awesome and I’d recommend stopping in and trying this place out!"

"Well I would give this place a higher rating but i had a pretty weird interaction. I got a $50 gift card for the Jersey Mikes as a christmas gift and got some food since i didn’t have dinner plans. Gave the cashier my gift card and she swiped it and then said i had nothing left. I have some pretty bad confrontational skills and anxiety so I just left and called the store when I got home. I talked to the lead and they were absolutely wonderful and magnificent and told me the card had money left and I can get it when I come in. The lead was wonderful and super kind, but the cashier shooed me away when I asked for my gift card. She had Red/pink hair, and was a lil standoffish but thank you to the lead for setting it straight. So fair warning, you might get robbed of your gift cards here, hopefully this doesn’t happen to anyone else. The food is great and the place looks nice so no problems there :]"

"I’ll have to say I gave this place a chance since Jersey mikes is one of my favorite sub chains but this location here is really badly managed, it’s dirty during lunch hours and always a ridiculous wait since understaffed is always their excuse for your long wait, well tonight they didn’t have bread mind you this is about the second time I encounter this issue”but we have wraps”??? Your a sub shop and run out of bread repeatedly at 7PM when your operating hours go beyond …..Corporate/franchisee/ YOU ARE LOSING MONEY AND LOCAL CUSTOMERS"

"I’ve driven by this place so many times and never gave it a chance… today I decided to give it a shot and I was pleasantly surprised by the food. Very good subs! The meat portions are fantastic and the “juice” is really good. I got it mikes way and wasn’t disappointed. My only complaint on this place is how dirty it was. Sticky stuff on all the counters, floors dirty, and crumbs on all the tables…. I know it’s hard to find good help… there were a bunch of young kids all doing nothing in the back, one sitting in the dining area on his phone and the entire place a mess. Otherwise, solid experience."

"Folks, been coming to Jersey Mikes for 15 years. Many things have changed over that time, but one thing has remained constant until today. The Jersey Mikes sub has always been epic. Today we got three terrible subs, ordered Mikes Way with no lettuce or tomato…and no juice! The subs had almost no meat. See pics. Of course, credit to the staff, when I walked back in and explained how disappointed I was with the quality of the subs they apologized, no excuses, and they got to work on making the Mike’s Way subs the right way. That said, Jersey Mike’s, please don’t take my patronage for granted. Put love into every sub. You have a legacy to protect. Making great subs only matters, if you make each sub great every time."
