Jet's Pizza

"I don’t know what happened, but I used to get fresh cooked pizza here. Lately it’s been old pizza that seems to have been reheated. I didn’t even eat it this time. I’m not going to waste my money here anymore."

"While Jet's Pizza is great, this location is terrible. I waited to post this review to see if they would resolve my issue, but they did not. I ordered delivery from them last Sunday. The pizza was to be delivered around 6:15. I called at 7:15 and was told that the driver "just left" and should be at my location any minute. I never saw the driver. I called at 8:15 to cancel my order, was told that he was "probably in an accident" and that my order would be refunded. I never received the refund. My suggestion is to go to the location on Quincy or somewhere else in town if you want their pizza. Or pick-up yourself and pay cash, since they are not going to actually refund you if you have any issues."

"The food was delicious. The service was lacking. You walk in, and nobody comes up front to greet you for a couple of minutes. There's no menu displayed, so you have to grab a paper menu, but that's when they come out and ask you what you would like to order. I ordered 2 slice combo and triple cheese turbo stix. I ordered Detroit style pizza. It was good, cheesy, and saucy. The cheese sticks were really good. I loved the crust on them. They didn't let you know when the pizza would be ready. They didn't even hand me my receipt. I had to grab it off the printer. Customer service needs improvement. I'm thinking maybe they have a lot of turnover or only one person is running the whole thing. I only saw one person and another arrived during pickup. Maybe I caught them during the shift change. I'll give them a 2nd chance. Until next time."

"Any complaint I have is my ordering skills or lack there of. This was my first experience with Jet. Anyhoo after totaling my car today I needed food and what better way to drown my sorrows than pizza. I asked for sausage well done. It was exactly what I ordered and was at my door within a few minutes of the promised time. I wish they had coke products, or at least Dr. Pepper. I would also order light on the sauce. The sausage is the ball sort as opposed to sliced or browned ground sausage, but it was good. Outside of that, it was cheaper than any other place and like 50x better. It's also huge servings so I'll have lunch and then some. All in all I will definitely order again!"
