"At this location the other time when I ordered my food was great. This time I never received it and instead of being understanding the worker blamed me for their mistakes and was not helpful. I don’t recommend spending your money here they don’t value their customers."

"I called to order this Larger Beef & Olive Pizza with a Stuffed Crust. After I Held on for 8 minutes The Dry, Empty soul lady answered asked my Number and Then Hung up in My Face ! Pissed me smooth off. I immediately jumped on Door Dash and Placed my Order. I had to spend and additional $18 in Fees so this One pizza Cost me $38.62. The Pizza was hot & fresh but not Even Cut Completely. Artificial Intelligence deserves her Job."

"I had ordered online for delivery but it would not accept my card. I placed my order for cash no problem. I called my card to see what the issue was and pizza hut had taken the money out even though it said it couldn't accept my card. I called the store and spoke to Veronica. She said she is the manager. She was completely rude over the phone about the situation. She said my order had been canceled and there are no delivery drivers to deliver my pizza. I came into the store to settle the issue and received the same treatment. Despite having my order confirmation and the it's being made tracking information the staff seemed to have cared less and almost preferred I went somewhere else. I have never encountered such poor costumer service and disorganization in any establishment. Shame on you pizza hut for running your business this way."

"I placed a mobile order that was to be ready in 15 minutes. There was no one in front when I came and a man waiting for the rest of his order. I sat down to wait for assistance when two men came in. Someone came to the front, told the man still waiting for the rest of his order that it was still going to be a couple of minutes then served the two men that just arrived before me then went in back. Another woman came in and after a few minutes he came back and was about to take her order when I said I was here prior but he kept serving everyone but me and would like to pick up my mobile order. He asked my name, went in back, gave me a pizza box, and handed it to me. I asked him if this was baked pasta and he said" yes." Never an acknowledgment or apology. When I was ready to eat approximately 10 minutes later the baked pasta was missing a top so it was no longer moist or hot. I have no idea how long it had been sitting in back waiting. As far as I'm concerned, this is a call to tip after the service because I would not have left 18% for that level of service and I'm in the service industry. I'm not sure what I did other than come to an establishment to pick up my order but customer service was not being served, at least not for me. I'm not sure if that was personal nor do I feel I it was racist as the woman that came in was also black. The food itself was passible, and would have been delicious had there been a top to protect it from dryness and cooling. The lack of respect, heat retention, and accident mitigation doesn't say come back."
