"My experience with Big Daddy pizza was HORRIBLE today! I paid $45 for a specific kind of pizza HALF pepperoni HALF cheese! When I received the pizza and finally make it to my destination I see the pizza is ALL Pepperoni …. So I call the company & express to them the pizza was made wrong so they advise for me to come back & they’ll give me another pizza!! So I make my way back & the SAME employee who told me to come told me I now had to speak with management …. So I speak with the manager he proceeds to tell me he can’t give me a pizza without a picture …. (Not telling me this over the phone) which should’ve been said before they agreed to giving me the pizza! I’m really upset because it’s my daughter’s 2ND Birthday & this is unacceptable!! You guys need better communication skills & when I said I wanted a specific thing that’s what I expect & if not then I expect for you guys to correct it !"
"We ordered online arrived 20 minutes from the order time. The person behind the counter had no clue about the order. He was on the phone with someone saying he couldn't hear them and he would call them back in 5 minutes. He scrolled through his tablet and found the order and said he would make it but it would take another 15 to 20. Asked for a refund before he made it and he said the person that could refund it wasn't there. I went to the website we ordered though and asked for a refund. No refund given. The pizza was not correctly made the way I ordered it. Will not be coming back here.."
