"The employees at this store treat you with disdain, show no urgency to prepare your order, and will let your take out order sit in the rack for 10 min in front of you while they argue about who is supposed to help customers. When they were out of icing for the cinnamon twists, they offered garlic butter or marinara instead, and said they couldn’t just take the twists off the order. Never going back."
"My online order was canceled over an hour before they closed. When I called to see if I could place a pickup order instead and why they canceled, I was on hold for 25 minutes before I gave up. It is a shame that I cant rate the service a 0 and that I have to still give them 1 star for service; I used to make pizza, this service is disgraceful. It's a shame because when I do get food, the orders usually spot on and delicious. That's why I'm giving 2 stars. I'll give them a few months to sort out their problems, see if they can find more competent people (anyone with a pulse) and maybe I can delete this and leave a positive review instead."
"This shop is lazy I have never had this happen before with dominos. it’s my go to when I can afford the 30$ price tag and just to have it come not even finished is upsetting I will no longer be using dominos since there quality has dropped massively and if they are not finishing the food right there is definitely something else they can mess up and make you sick!"
"Asked for no mushrooms and they took it upon themselves to also leave out green peppers. Some 'specialty pizza' this is. This isn't the first time they've really messed up our order when asking for no mushrooms."
"Care to explain how a large piece of wood ended up on my thin crust pizza? You guys are lucky a child wasn’t eating this slice. They could have easily choked and died. This is a horrific lack of food safety practices. In process of dealing with corporate on this matter. Absolutely ridiculous."
