"I was in the store on March 4 2024. They did not have my boots in stock. Old guy said we will ship them and you will get them in 7-10 days, I paid and left. 15 days later, I called the store and they tell me the store was sold to a new owner shortly after I left on the 4th. I called the store again and the order from March 4 was still sitting there. The payment cleared on the sixth of March. Person on the phone said the would get me a tracking number by the next day. No such luck! Finally did a chargeback with my credit card company. Hopefully the new owners get their stuff together!"
