"I was in the store today and was helped by Taylor, she was absolutely a delight to work with. She made terrific suggestions and I tried on and purchased a couple of items I never would have thought would work for me. I am so excited to wear my new outfits and would love to have her help me again in the future. Taylor is an absolute asset to this store."

"My beautiful, 5'10", 170#, 18 year old daughter went into the store in Coral ridge mall today. She wanted to try on a shirt. There were four sales associates, all standing at the counter. When she asked for a fitting room they all laughed. The one that agreed to take her mockingly laughed when she opened a room. My daughter has very high anxiety and does not feel good about how she looks. These people have no idea the damage they caused today and how seriously they hurt her self confidence. There is no excuse for this and those who work in retail should know the damage body shaming can do. I feel sorry for you that doing this makes you feel better. She will never step foot in that store again."

"Staff was friendly and very helpful in assisting me in finding an outfit for a party. I found exactly the look I was looking for. It was pricey, for sure, but they helped me to find a sweater on 20% discount. I don't shop for new clothes, ever, but I will definitely return to this location if I find myself needing formal clothes again."

"I ways find something cute here. The staff is very helpful. I can order online and return them if if they are not up to my satisfaction. We have an Express (Factory) in Cedar Rapids but they are more of an outlet type with different merchandise and do NOT accept Express online returns which is unfortunate."

"I recently ordered a shirt online, when I received my shirt it still had a security tag on it. Frustrated, since I ordered it online out of convenience I took it to an express store that is about 30 minutes away. When I got to the store the lady told me she could not help me because they didn't have this certain type of security device remover. She offered no apology or solution other then to walk around to different stores in the mall and see if they have one."
