Walgreens

"I have gone to this walgreens multiple times to pick up my prescription in the morning around 8:15 and they aren’t open. Although their sign says they open at 8am. The staff is rude (other than Michelle she is always amazing). I came here today at 1:20 over my lunch break knowing they have their lunch break at 1:30-2:30 they spent ten min with the customer in front of me then shut the window as I pulled up. I understand they need their lunch breaks but as a person who works in customer service I would never do that. I came back at 2pm when they open back up and it is 2:07 and they still have not opened their window. Can happily say I will be moving to the Hy-Vee pharmacy."

"Was on hold for over 25 minutes trying to transfer a prescription. Phone prompt said I was next in line. They never picked up."

"I waited for over 30 minutes to get a flu shot. The pharmacist was doing nothing the entire time I waited."

"I have had several issue with prescription pick ups. I had meds ready by 10am same day but not given them all at once. I had to call insurance to check statues that ended up being a mix up on their end. I live over 40 miles away and end up missing doses due to this situation. It is unfortunate that their customer service is null to nothing when calling in to see what the mishap was."

"Upon receiving an automated message my prescription was not delayed due to an insurance issue, I promptly called back to have them proceed with filling the scrip anyway. I then spent an hour and a half on hold while I was at work. After spending half my morning on hold, I drove to the pharmacy only to be told they are closed today. Not sure why that couldn't relay that information rather than telling me how sorry they were for the wait while on hold. As my script cannot be transferred I guess I'm SOL. Thanks Walgreens, you are just tremendous."
