"Staff was quick and helpful in the women's shoe department, we did not have to look for help, they came to us.... not so in the men's, unfortunately, just the opposite. Staff in the men's shoe department was not busy. Staff was visible and stood there until we asked for help. The women's shoe department staff was way more knowledgeable versus in the men's department. I wish I would have written down the gentleman who helped us to give him credit for the excellent service in the shoe department."
