In addition to the incident itself, we personally requested to discuss the matter further multiple times in the last couple weeks and provided medical documentation, with NO follow-up from Target personnel. Publicly acknowledge the incident and reassure customers that your store does not tolerate any form of discrimination. Review and update existing policies to ensure they reflect a commitment to diversity and inclusion. "Target has a unique retail presentation with crisp lines, bright lighting, and the distinctive red Target brand color used throughout the store. Product selection is is well organized and helpful when comparison shopping. The products seem to strike a good balance of economical and high quality. It's nice to have a mini Starbucks store at this Target. Something that seems consistent with all Targets stores is the cheerful helpful attitude of all the employees."
