The Pines at Q Plaza

"This apartment complex is super affordable, their staff and maintenance communicate really well. It was easy to set up a tour and sign the lease. They always send letters and emails to let you know they are coming in or working on construction around the area. The grass area is cleaned every week and grass is always cut. All neighbors clean up their dog poop which is nice. Very dog friendly, neighbors mostly keep to themselves. Lots of dumpsters in the area for garbage and overflow. Snow gets plowed during winter and plenty of parking. Balcony offers great extra space to enjoy the sunset. The only bad things is the laundry machines don’t work well. they only open 1 pool in the summer out of the 2 or 3 they have, and it gets PACKED. Gym is only open during office hours M-F, so no access if you work a 9-5 job and it’s also located INSIDE the leasing office so how awkward for every tenent or employee to just stare. Yes there’s a few roaches here and there mostly during night time in the summer nights but like a spider, just squash it not a big deal. They send a guy to spray the apartment every few months but it doesnt help at all. He’s in and out in 30 secs and I didn’t see him spray anything but maybe the sink in the bathroom. Better off using your own spray to reduce bugs The roaches only stay in the old kitchen cabinets. Oh and dishwasher doesn’t work well. Tried it once it gives a nasty stench if you don’t use it. Have to put it in wash mode once a week or it smells from how clogged it is from past use Overall, they’re a great company located in Omaha. The small downsides are very small they didn’t bother me. Wish they had more available garages and maybe limit previous tenants to only 1 garage. Their staff is very nice, they kept it professional and very helpful to anything you need"

"The management company has no respect for their residents, they don't care if there's snow cover the entire parking lot, Causing everyone driving through to get stuck and even fall. Repairs are delayed and any completed when you keep contacting them. They enter your unit without any notice. Roaches appears every couple of months. Not recommended to rent unit at this complex."

"Have lived here since August. I really like the townhouse it is comfortable the office staff is very nice and so far repairs I requested have been timely. My only complaint is that trash blows out of the overflowing dumpsters (people throw huge things in there so the fill quickly) and the people next door have no concern for people who work. They have very loud music playing all day -I work from home- but worse they do it till 10 or 11pm.. and the parking is awful if u get company they struggle for a place.. otherwise I do like the place"

"Haven't lived here in years, but visited an old friend recently and can still confirm its the slumiest of slums. Management seems very stressed and unable to handle everything that's thrown at them, leading to extremely unprofessional and insulting behavior"

"Gross! Bugs. (Roaches) they spray hav that is 100% not enough! Management never replies to messages. Thankful to get my clients out of there! Hallways are never cleaned walls are dirty, stairs in hallway have torn up carpet, wash room is one washer and dryer over 2$ each, pool is fine, neighbors are nice, over priced ghetto dirty apartments."
