"If I could give a zero I would. Place is infested with cockroaches and mice. DO NOT.RENT.FROM.Tzadik property management. I left my apartment SPOTLESS! I even shampooed the carpets. They DID NOT REFUND MY DEPOSIT. They claim there were $2500 from damages which was a lie. I have OCD & germs is a part of that. Crime City View!!!"
"When I first moved in at cityview I was unsure how things would go. There have been some ups and downs here but it seems like management is trying to turn things around for the better. It is really hard to address all the many different type of issues that present themselves at the same time, so it sometimes seems like we r going backward but when I wait a bit before judging what could b going on, there seems to b logic in the choices of things to address first."
