"LOVE LOVE LOVE living here! The maintenance staff is so nice, and very attentive. My work orders are always completed in a timely manner, if not the same day I put them in. The property manager = AMAZING! She is so kind, communicative, and tentative to the properties needs. I could not have picked a better complex to live at with my kiddos. My neighbors are great, and so kind to us, apartment living with kids can be anxiety filled, but not here! Definitely recommend this place to every one!"
"UPDATE: I have moved out. This negative environment has caused my children’s health/disability to decline. Instead of allowing us to leave immediately they wanted us to stay another two months which showed no empathy for my children’s health. They should have given options on time and allowed us to move out immediately. Because I decided to leave a few weeks earlier than my move out date, they have charged me the two month buy out fee even with a doctors note and approved disability issue. Very heartless. Especially after all I’ve gone through at these apartments. Maintenance guy walking in a few seconds after knocking while I’m not dressed, car being stolen over 6k in damages, neighbors harassing, a lit cigarette at my door and so much more. I just moved to this state and didn’t even get a chance to meet the neighbors so I wasn’t even on bad terms with anyone. No security measures and all they care about is money. No compassion what so ever. Even with proof of everything going on. Money is all they care about. I’ve been told that I could set the owed money on a payment plan and when trying to do so, Maggie has not responded. Also, they have mice in the walls. Be aware. I wish I could upload a video so that I could prove it. Do yourself a favor and rent from a different company. Hasn’t been the best experience for me. Maggie is amazing, I will say that. She’s very kind and attentive to concerns but living here will not be a peaceful living. Was told the apartment was completely remodeled but it wasn’t and there were a few issues that needed to be fixed, like leaks but due to my situation, I couldn't be too picky. So Maintenance was sent (unscheduled) to fix the few issues and after knocking I was trying to get dressed and he walked in on me barely dressed. Hadn’t even been a minute but they have a 3 knock rule even if the 3 knocks are within 5 seconds. So that was very awkward and uncomfortable. Then 9 days after moving to these apartments, my CAR WAS attempted at being stolen. $6,600 worth of damages. On going issue at these apartments just look at the reviews. It happened to someone not once but twice. But besides these issues you pay high rent and won’t be able to really live in peace. It'll either be maintenance, pest control, or filter change visits, very often. I’m just not fan of shoes being worn in the house (especially carpet which is what this apartment has) and have always felt uncomfortable with strangers (outside energy) coming into my home unless it’s to fix something or emergency. They have pest control every 6 months and every 3 months they’re coming in to change a filter that can easily be changed yourself. Which I usually prefer to change monthly since my child has chronic asthma. Ohhhh and let’s not forget that your apartment will either smell like weed, or a bottle bleach (difficult to even breathe) due to whatever poor ventilation system they got going on. So in my opinion it hasn’t been the best experience. I don’t feel comfortable here and praying to God I don’t get put in another situation where my car is broken into or stolen. Just feel like for the price, you can find another place with better security or get a house and set up your own cameras. If my experience changes for the better, I’ll gladly update my review but for now it’s just been stressful."
"Not at all happy with this place. Put in a request for an emotional support animal. Provided my doctor's letter and had to jump thru hoops to get more documents signed by my doctor and was told it was denied. Asked how I can dispute that letting them know I would even provide my medical records showing I've suffered from depression most of my life and was told that I can't dispute it and they are going to charge me $700 in pet fees plus make me pay an additional $50 a month for pet rent. They also took a week and a half to come out to fix my AC that was not working. They did put a portable AC unit in one bedroom but when it's 90+ degrees outside, that little unit did nothing to cool off the apartment. Also asked about renting a garage and was told $50 a month for a garage when I first moved in but was told $65 for a garage when I asked about it again a couple months later. Asked about renting one of the storage closets they have in each building. I would assume it would come WITH the apartment but it doesn't. So I asked if I could rent one and it took 4 days to get a response and was told she could get me one in a couple of weeks. Why would it take so long to rent a freaking closet in the hall right across from my apartment?! This place is beyond frustrating!"
"I lived here for two years. Management is nearly impossible to get a hold of. My home stunk of weed and cigarettes daily. My car was stolen, not once but twice from the parking lot. The post office left a package on top of my mailbox, also stolen. The door to our building had a broken lock so was propped open for days at a time. They withheld my deposit to replace the carpet, that had been there for years. When I requested a move out walk through, no one was available. They called three days later and left a voicemail explaining the key drop process and THEN charged me rent for those three days. It sits on a nice piece of property, but is poorly managed and not at all safe."
